Participle Adjectives
Some(not all) present participles and past participles can be used as adjectives. For example, we can use 'exciting' and 'excited' as adjectives, which are respectively the present participle and past participle of the verb 'excite'. Therefore, we can call them participle adjectives.
Present participles describe the characteristics of someone or something.
This movie was exciting.
This drama looks boring.
The task was exhausting.
Past participles describe how someone feels.
I am excited.
I am bored.
I feel exhausted.
