As vs. Like: Which one to use? 

Many non-native English users struggle to choose the right one between as and like.

Tip: If you can write 'the way' instead of 'as' in a sentence, then consider it okay.


❌She wants to sing the way her mother.
                            So
❌She wants to sing as her mother.

✔️She wants to sing the way her mother does.
✔️She wants to sing as her mother does.
