Which vs. That
'That' is used only in restrictive clauses.
'Which' can be seen in both restrictive and nonrestrictive clauses, but it is recommended and most used in nonrestrictive clauses.
Nonrestrictive Clause:
Our office, which has two lunchrooms, is located in Miyazaki [we have just one office, and it’s located in Miyazaki]
Restrictive Clause:
Our office that has two lunchrooms is located in Miyazaki [we have multiple offices, but the office with two lunchrooms is located in Miyazaki]
